2. Booking and Reservations

• Booking Process: To book a tour, excursion, or airport transfer, you must provide accurate and complete information as required during the booking process. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Dominican Dream Vacation.
• Payment: A valid payment method is required to secure your reservation. Payments for services are processed through secure payment gateways. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
• Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email with details of your reservation, including the date, time, and location of your tour or transfer.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel your reservation, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a penalty or be non-refundable, depending on the specific terms of the service you have booked.
• Refunds: If a cancellation is made in accordance with our cancellation policy, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that certain activities or excursions may have different refund policies depending on the provider.
• Cancellation by Dominican Dream Vacation: In the rare case that Dominican Dream Vacation must cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative date or activity, depending on your preference.

4. Tour and Service Modifications

• Changes to Bookings: If you need to modify your booking, such as changing the date or the number of people, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but modifications are subject to availability.
• Service Modifications: Dominican Dream Vacation reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour or activity due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer alternatives or a full refund.

5. Health and Safety

• Responsibility: By booking a tour or activity, you agree to participate voluntarily and acknowledge that you are in good health and physically able to undertake the activities involved. It is your responsibility to inform Dominican Dream Vacation of any medical conditions or special needs that may affect your participation.
• Waiver of Liability: Some activities may carry inherent risks. By booking these activities, you accept the risks involved and agree to release Dominican Dream Vacation from liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the excursion or service.

6. Conduct During Activities

• Respect for Local Culture and Environment: During all tours and activities, you agree to respect the local customs, environment, and wildlife. You must follow the guidance of our professional guides and staff to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
• Alcohol and Substance Use: Consumption of alcohol or any illegal substances during our activities is strictly prohibited unless otherwise specified in the activity details. Dominican Dream Vacation reserves the right to refuse participation or terminate participation in an activity if behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

7. Prices and Payment Terms

• Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. However, once your booking has been confirmed, the price agreed at the time of booking is guaranteed.
• Taxes and Fees: Prices are exclusive of taxes, fees, and gratuities, unless otherwise specified.
• Currency: Payments will be processed in USD, but prices may be listed in other currencies. Currency exchange rates may affect the final charge.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

By booking with Dominican Dream Vacation, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and implement strong measures to protect your data.

9. Force Majeure

Dominican Dream Vacation shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform any part of our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, or other acts of force majeure.
